Serviceable locations
We currently deliver orders within your city / service area. Deliveries outside this area may not be available or may require special arrangements. Please confirm availability at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order processing time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically between 3–7 business days depending on the customer’s location, courier partner and product type. Delivery timelines mentioned at checkout are indicative and can vary due to factors outside our control (bad weather, strikes, logistics delays, etc.).
Shipping charges
- Shipping may be free above a certain order value (for example: orders above ₹499).
- For orders below the free‑shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee may be applied at checkout.
Exact charges (if any) will always be shown on the checkout page before you complete the order.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive an update by SMS / email or can check status from the “My Orders” section after logging in. Tracking details depend on the courier partner used for the order.
Failed delivery / incorrect address
- Please ensure your shipping address, pin code and mobile number are correct before placing the order.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts may attract additional charges or lead to order cancellation.
